Texture pack wont uninstall

I uninstalled a texture pack, deleted the cache, ensured it was uninstalled multiple times and it still is applying itself to my realm. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I cleared the app cache on my phone, and it still appears. It is not even in my packs folder. It just applies itself to the active packs.
I did check with the other realm members, everyone can see this texture pack, not just me.
