#6 hotkey does not function when pressed alongside other buttons

This bug has been in the game for as long as I can remember. If you are sprinting, jumping, and moving forward simultaneously, pressing "6" to switch to the 6th slot in your hotbar will not work. Every other slot works, but not the 6th. 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

All simultaneously:

1. Walk forwards (holding "W" Key)
2. Sprint (holding Left Ctrl)
3. Jump (holding Spacebar)
4. Attempt to press the #6 key on the top row of the keyboard 

Nothing will happen. The scroll wheel can be used to select the slot in it's place, but can be frustrating in a pinch.
