Can not Reel In

This bug doesn't allow the player to reel in the fishing rod once there is an entity at the line.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Fishing Line is reeled in and I obtain the item.

What actually happened was...:
The Player simply used item without line reeling in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fish until bob goes down

2. Right Click to reel in.
