Superflat Overworld Spawns Wrong Structures

When creating a superflat world with the "Overworld" preset, which uses the Plains biome by default, it spawns structures that shouldn't spawn, like igloos, desert temples, and water temples. In one world like this, there was a village with just one house and villager.
