Chieseled netherbrick texture is wrong

The new chieseled brick texture with the wither skull, is slitely of center, being closer to the bottom right corner. Also the border is has not the correct lines where the bricks should be. Lats but not least, its not the same with the bedrock. Bedrock has a better design.
