Sounds are not working

The newest snapshot has completely removed my sound from the game i have been using a custom made texture pack, however even after turning off the pack and holding F3+T to reload it still did not work i restarted my computer messed with the audio then i realized everything other than my Minecraft was producing sound I have tried almost everything please fix this as fast as possible.
