Striders swim upwards to the top of flowing lava and get stuck

When striders come into contact with lava flowing directly downward they will continuously swim upwards and eventually get stuck.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a source of lava flowing downward
2. Spawn a strider inside of it

Observed Results:

The strider will keep swimming upwards until it gets stuck

Expected Results:

The strider would either avoid entering the flowing lava, or at least not continuously go upwards

Notes:

This is primarily noticable in lava lakes where often times they will simply rise to the top of the nether roof and not move.
