Fishing rod can't catch fish

When you try and catch fish, instead of collecting the fish it does a right click action, Like when you press a note block with a fishing rod.

I think what happened is that Mojang tried to disable fishing farms but forgot to remove air blocks.

I really hope Mojang doesn't remove the feature of afk fishing farms, its my favorite farm .
