Fishing Rods not working

Fishing isn't working, when the fish bites it isn't possible to pull the line in, making it impossible to fish.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to be able to fish.

What actually happened was...:
When the fish bit, the line couldn't be pulled in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a fishing rod
2. Right click it into the water and wait for a bite
3. Try to pull it in
