Some items, randomly light up for some reason when destroyed then take their actual lightning form

Some items, randomly light up for some reason when destroyed then take their actual lightning form.

 

1. Basically I placed redstone on the ground
2. Then I destroyed it and for a short amount of time it shined like that.
3. This was done in a cave with lava around but hidden behind stones
