Absorption bar not showing half hearts

When you take damage, if your absorption bar is at an odd number of points (1/2 hearts, for exemple), it shows it like if you had a full heart.

To see that:
1. take the absorption effect (through the /effect command, or a golden apple)
2. find something that damage yourself by 1/2 heart (like a cacti)
3. take one damage
