Absorption hearts on regular health bar

I created a new world, and tested the new Absorption effect. So, I placed a cactus in order to see what happened, and when absorption bar was near depleted, the only remaining absorption heart has been deplaced at the health bar's 10th heart slot.

I'm sorry, but I don't know how I to reproduce it.
