Pistons & Sticky Pistons stay extended when powered from above

The Bug
Sticky Pistons and Pistons stay extended when powered above.

Replicate

• Create a device where redstone is above a piston (Use image below as reference)
• Make sure the piston next to the first piston does not have redstone ontop of it
• Activate redstone (Pistons should extend)
• De-activate pistons
• Pistons won't de-extend

Note: If a block is put next to the extended pistons they will update and revert back to there normal status.
