Firefighter Role Play crashes

I have Minecraft playstion 4 edition and I purchased firefighter role play for $5.99 on 04/27/2020 and the games keeps crashing cannot use the fire truck water hose does not put out the fires. 2nd day now and feels like I just waisted money.
