"Server Address" typing indicator does not go away, despite not being in the box

• In multiplayer menu, hit Add Server button
• Click into the Server Address field
• Click back into the Server Name field
• You will then have blinking typing indicators in both boxes

You can also type things in either box; the bug will still occur
