snowy grass without snowlayer on top

Similar to MC-160797 found those in my sp world. Reason for mine were Endermen. Tested it in a void world. Put a couple of snowy grass blocks and Endermen.  When Endermen pick up snowy grassblock and put them down again those stay snowy. found it in 20w07a first time could be earlier though.
