MC-181237Phantoms with blocks in their head slot armor, burn in day light
I spawned a phantom with stone in his head armor slot, using this command, but it still burns in daylight.
/summon minecraft:phantom ~ ~ ~ {ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"minecraft:stone",Count:1b}]}
