fishing dosen't drop enchanted books

When AFK fishing with a fishing rod that was enchanted with unbreaking 3, lure 3, and luck of the see 3. I noticed that I didn't get any Enchanted books, Enchanted rods, Enchanted bows, shells, or saddles i was fishing for at least 10 hours
