Zombies Duplicating

Zombies are occasionally spawning another zombie when hit with a sword. Unsure about other weapons. However, this has happened with stone, iron and diamond swords for sure. The zombie doesn't have to be killed, it just sometimes happens when they are hit. This has happened during zombie sieges as well as in the wild and in zombie spawn dungeons.
