Right-to-left text is displayed left-to-right at all times

The bug

The Hebrew language is written from right to left.
Starting with version 1.15 the language display is left to right and it is unreadable.
So far the switch between languages ​​would correct the text to readable (see MC-174932), but in version 20w17a this workaround no longer works. Even after switching the language in the menu, the text is still unreadable.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Options -> Language and select Hebrew (Looks like this: (ישראל) עברית)
