The third person camera can't pass through chains

The Bug

If the third-person camera can pass through end rod and iron bars, it should certainly pass through the newly added chains. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Summon a wall of chains.

  /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~7 ~2 ~1 minecraft:chain
  

• Switch into third person, if not already.
• Angle your camera so that it comes in contact with the chains.
• Take note as to whether or not the third person camera can pass through chains.

Observed Behavior

The third person camera cannot pass through chains.

Expected Behavior

The third person camera would be able to pass through chains, just like how it can pass through end rods and iron bars.
