After defending a village from a raid, villagers may sometimes steal wheat seeds thrown by themselves

The bug

After successfully defending a village, villagers may sometimes pick up the seeds thrown by nitwit/unemployed villagers, even though they're technically giving it to the player.

To reproduce

1. Get the Hero of the Village or use this command:

    /effect give @p minecraft:hero_of_the_village 1000000 4 true 

2. Spawn unemployed/nitwit villagers
   → They are stealing wheat seeds even though they just gave it to you.
