Rain is a little broken, and pistons

While I was caving in the new snapshot I could see the rain in the cave. Small bug that was just odd. The other thing that I noticed is that if you use a piston to push a rail onto a chest, the rail will just disappear and will not drop anything, this was confusing, maybe something that I do not understand, but something that you should know about.
