Iron golems spawning in unintended places

Iron golems have been spawning in places that have slabs and carpets on them. I first noticed this recently as we built multiple iron farms in the snapshot, which break as golems are spawning inside the fences, inside slabs on nearby land, and in caves where they suffocate instantly.
