Tree Farms not working

New snapshot has broken tree farms. Giant oak trees are spawning when they shouldn't be due to a block above them at a certain height which is supposed to limit the growth. THIS IS NOT A 2x2 TREE FARM. LEAVES ON NORMAL OAK TREES ARE NOT BEING LIMITED AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO
