Frequent Server Disconnects When Joining

Ever since the snapshot, I have been frequently getting kicked from an Aternos server for the error specified in the attached image. I do not know if this has to do with the Snapshot itself, or the server host, just figured I better put it out there, just in case. This only occurs when joining the server, but it does not entirely prevent joining, a few tries later and I can usually get in.
