Water Bucket Issue

Was crouching with a water bucket in main hand, torches in off hand. Right clicked on a check while crouching and it emptied the water bucket and placed a torch on the ground next to the chest. Not sure if this is intended behavior, where else this occurs, or if there is a conflict between hands that should be corrected.
