Zombie villager butchers will retain their biome headwear

Zombie villager butchers will retain their biome variant headwear whereas normal villager butchers will lose their biome specific headwear and only display the butcher headwear.

Steps to reproduce

• Summon the differing villagers and observe their headwear.
