Special Character Crash (Only on Servers)

I tried to copy and paste a Chinese Character onto a sign on the latest snapshot (20w17a) and it cause my entire game client to crash. Everytime I rejoined, my game would hang, then crash. Even teleporting with the web console still leads to a crash. No matter what I try it leads to a crash. When I tried the same thing on a single player world, there was no issue. When the game crashes the game crash error is: (Error: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space). I am not sure if this is a rare, un-replcarble bug, or a constant issue. I have included the crash log if it is necessary. I plead you for help as I am unable to access my server untill I find a fix. Thanks!
