Fatal crash when clicking previous page in book and quill

Hello,

I was writing in my book and quill and when I hit previous page the game gives the following crash error:

The game crashed whilst rendering screen
Error: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 12

-

 

The image in the attachment shows what button I click before it crashes.

I have tested this multiple times, on other worlds too, and it keeps happening almost every time. Only once did it not happen to me. I think this is a bug of 20w17a. Can anybody confirm and please take a look at my issue.
