Was on a LAN world with some friends, I accidentally hit Alt+F4, and the whole world disappeared.

Was on a LAN world, accidentally hit ALT+F4 and the whole world just disappeared from my world list completely. I've done this before on  the same version but It has never completely removed the world from my list. This was devastating because we spent hours on hours mining and building to have a nice fresh start on the new netherite update.
