I can't get an Item from an inventory slot

Whenever I go into my inventory the top right corner slot is bugged. My cursor will not go over it and it doesn't even highlight it. I just recently found that this is a problem with the stone cutter I can click on some of the items, and even worse I can't craft It will not highlight or go over the craft slot.
