F3 Screen

When I load into Minecraft, and go into Singleplayer or Multiplayer, I use F3 to see my co-ordinates, and check my FPS, I do not know whether this is a bug or not, but it looks like this [image 1] compared to the normal F3 screen, is there a way to fix this?
