Typing specific keywords in the creative menu shows items without those keywords or items with those keywords in its subtext

When searching the word "speed" in the creative menu, all the tools are included and when "toughness" is searched, diamond and netherite armor pop up. This also occurs with "damage", "attack", "when", "head", "+3" (and other numbers), etc. The "+3", for example, displays golden and wooden swords.
