[MC-180436] Slim skin model appears as original skin model

This seems to be a widepread issue for most/all users - please upvote if you are having this issue, and only comment if you have additional information that could help resolve this issue.

My skin was on slim skin and I was switching thru versions and when i came back to 1.15.2 it was not slim.

So I test to re upload the skin but it still doesn't work, I even try to re download the skin but I cant get it to work.
