Rain within a building

I started a world in 20w14a and have been plaaying on it all the way until now. Today I downloaded the new snapshot and when I came back to my base it was raining but the rain particles where inside my roofed buildings. Not a gamebreaker, obviously, but it's kind of annoying to have particles everywhere within my house.

Rain particles are stopped by a 2-block wide roof.
