Beacons failing to reload after unloading chunks.

Discovered in my base surrounding spawn at a radius of 130 blocks from 0,0. All beacon pyramids are set up for 4 beacons and 1-3 beacons on each pyramid have failed to reload. Some of the failed beacons have just lost the color of the beam an will not update without replacing the glass others are entirely non functional and can not be adjusted or refueled without breaking and replacing them and once replaced the color will still not update.
