Dark Oak and Spruce 2x2 Saplings Don't Grow In Worlds Created Before 20w17a

This only seems to affect worlds created before the 20w17a snapshot.  Worlds created in the 20w17a snapshot appear unaffected.

Dark oak and spruce saplings never progress past stage 1 when in 2x2 formation, even with bonemeal.  Every other sapling type will grow, including 2x2 jungle saplings.  Tested in superflat creative as well as survival.
