Being pushed/forced into the swimming animation?

I have no way of reproducing it, it has happened at random times when walking/running near one block spaces. This is the only clip I have of it happening, but I have been pushed under some tree leaves while cutting down a tree. It was in 20w16a so i'm assuming its in 20w17a.
