Boats are "glitchy" on new snapshot.

Boats are glitchy in general on 20w17a. One of the "glitchy" parts that I've experienced are:

• Occasionally unable to ride boats
• Can't always sneak whilst standing on top of a boat
• Once you're able to sneak whilst standing on a boat, the player movement bugs out and slows you down with slight stuttering.
