Rain visuals are very buggy right now when underground.

 In my survival world it started to rain while I was in a cave and it was raining through some blocks (not all). I stopped the visuals of the rain by breaking or placing blocks where it was raining from, but I could still hear rain around y=20. I tried recreating it in a creative world but nothing happened so I went into survival and found yet another visual glitch in regards to rain. When digging upwards in a stair like fashion or straight up, rain would appear through the blocks for a split second.
