Piglin cannot be passengers of other entities

 Everything is in the title, when trying to summon an entity with a piglin as passenger it does not work and the piglin is instantaneously ejected from the passenger seat. However it works in the other sens, when we summon a piglin with a passenger on it, it works without problem
