Jungle leaves are dropping oak saplings instead of jungle saplings

Break jungle leaves, get some jungle saplings.

What actually happened was...:
broke many jungle leaves, got oak saplings.

 

It doesn't matter how the leaves are broken if they are not broken with shears, they will instead of dropping jungle saplings, almost every time they drop a sapling, it is an oak sapling.
