Generation Error - Grass not generated around abandoned village paths

We experienced a generation error within an abandoned village while generating new chunks on a server running a world which was started in 1.14.4. Missing grass blocks within the bounding box of segments of an abandoned village. Village houses were found floating along with grass and flowers.
