The chain portion of hanging lanterns is not included in the hitbox

When targeting hanging lantern (including soul fire lantern) blocks, the chain is not included in the hitbox of the block.

What I expected to happen was...:
The chain included in the hitbox of the lantern.

What actually happened was...
The player is not able to target the lantern when looking at its chain portion.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a lantern or soul fire lantern on the bottom of a block so it is hanging from said block.
2. Standing head on from the lantern attempt to target the chain portion of the lantern.
