Employed Villagers Not Sharing Crops

Hello,

 

I was recently playing around in the new snapshots and I noticed that if I gave an employed villager some crops (such as multiple stacks of carrots), they would not share them with other villagers, even if their inventory was empty and there were no obstacles in their way.
