Minecraft crashes when i attempt to put my sphax x64 resorces file on

What I expected to happen was...:
My sphax 64x converted resource pack would be put on

What actually happened was...:
Minecraft crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a converted resource pack into the the resourcepacks folder
2. load mc 13w24b and attempt to equip the resource pack
3. watch how minecraft crashes
