Custom lingering potions display the wrong duration

Note: Haven't tested in other versions

Running the following command: {{/give @s lingering_potion{CustomPotionEffects:[

{Id:25b,Duration:200,Amplifier:0b}

],CustomPotionColor:13565951}}}

 

results in a lingering potion that displays a duration of 0:02

However, the area of effect cloud grants the correct duration (10 seconds).

This problem is not seen in lingering potions without the CustomPotionEffects tag.
