Not loading resource packs.

What I expected to happen was...:
That the texture pack would change.

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened hereIt stayed default, then crashed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Opened Minecraft Dev Launcher
2. Put resource packs in resourcepacks folder (they have been converted).
3. Tried to apply one (Sphax PureBD Craft).
4. Crashed.
