Cannot change skin

I have a new button that has appeared on the main page of my daughters MInecraft. She has stated that she can no longer change skins during the game. 

 

The new button is - unset $button_text 

This doesnt appear to do anything when you press the button. Could you let me know what i have to do to delete the button or fix the issue. Thank you for you time in looking at this queries.
